Do you ever feel like you are a failure as a mom, wife, friend, woman?
Worst of all, when you are trying your best & you just can’t keep up? No matter how hard you try, you feel like you are failing…at EVERYTHING?
Although we all want to be superwoman let me let you in on a little secret…we CAN’T do EVERYTHING & feel successful. It’s just not humanly possible or sustainable…I know because I’ve tried!
So we are going to change that right here.
I want you to realize that by letting go of or delegating things that you hate, or are not good at, that you allow room, TIME & happiness to enter your life consciously & intentionally. (Read this again).
If you try to take everything on alone, you’ll burn out and the people right along with you.
Here’s the question all women have to consider: Does it really have to be done by you?
Difficulty and stress increase the more you try to juggle alone. And trust me, I get it, the things you are juggling are super important and even fragile. But trust me when I say you can stop the juggling and start leading. (Plus keep in mind, if you burn out, you won’t be able to do any juggling anyway – so let’s prevent this before it happens.)
Its time for you become the Chief Executive Officer of your family. And what does every successful CEO do? Now you’re getting it: DELEGATE!
Every woman entrepreneur, working mom, or overworked person can successfully delegate some of her responsibilities.
Real solutions to make delegation actually happen:
- Start Small: delegate ] more as you see how well things are working.
- Ask for Help: and more importantly: accept help! Its okay to say YES!
- Virtual Assistance: companies like The Mom Empire offer assistants who do everything form social media and podcast editing to graphic design and administrative assistance.
- Online Shopping: You don’t have to go out and drive, utilize online shopping and delivery more.
By letting go of what makes you feel unhappy, stressed, & unfulfilled you make space for things you WANT & LOVE in your life…making you a more productive, happy, healthy & BEST Version of you.
